TERMS OF SERVICE

All commissions follow these terms unless specified otherwise.I reserve all rights to the image (not the characters), commissioners cannot claim they’ve created the artwork themselves.
All commissions done by me are non-commercial and thus cannot be resold under any circumstance or by any means. (Including character trades/adoptables etc.)
Commissioned pieces are for personal use only.
You must be over 18 to purchase NSFW artwork.
I reserve the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
When payment is received it implies you have understood and agreed to my Terms of Service.
I do not take reservations when the previous batch has not been completed.
_I WILL DRAWOC’S only, no canon characters of any franchise

Mecha/Mechanical akin to e.g full on robots/transformers, bionical/mechanical limbs to a degree are fine!

GenitaliaDo not send me any NSFW reference material as I do not do anything explicit, I do not wish to see them in references either.
_PAYMENTI only accept PayPal
Payment will be taken upfront via invoice. I will not start on your commission until payment is received.
Prices are in Euros, unless specified otherwise.
_COPYRIGHT AND REPOSTING POLICIESI reserve all rights over the commissioned artwork, the commissioner has the right to repost the artwork to their own gallery/blog as long as I am credited. (Please ask me beforehand.)
I have the full right to use the artwork to promote my galleries/commission openings and other things.I have the right to post the artwork to my gallery, commissioners will be credited for their characters.
_ART COMPLETIONIf a commission needs to be cancelled for any reason you’ll receive a partial refund, depending on how much of the artwork has been completed.
If I have to cancel the commission for any reason, the commissioner will receive a full refund.
If artwork has a special deadline I might ask for additional fees (If it needs to be done sooner, for a birthday or the like.)REVISIONSI will show updates for each stage of the drawing [i.e sketches/lining/base coloring] between phases for approval/changes before I move onto the next part. After I’ve received approval I will NOT make any new revisions/additions.
Major changes might require additional fees.
Finished artwork will NOT be revised unless it's a small revision or a mistake on my part [i.e slight change to skintone or the like].
_STREAMING ARTWORKI may work on your artwork in an public art stream, unless it’s a private commission or VTube model kept secret for a debut (if you have let me know beforehand, for a birthday or model debut and wish it to be a surprise.)
I may/will not stream all phases/artwork.
_COMMISSION REQUIREMENTSPlease make sure to send enough reference material.
1. Visual material for your character(s): your own and/or commissioned artwork, in-game screenshots/armory, face claims. If your character has an outfit that has not yet been designed/drawn out please give me sufficient reference material/descriptions of the different pieces of the outfit.2. A description of your character(s) personality and if you have a preference of what kind of pose/expression you wish them to be in.
I will not add additional items later on if you change your mind, (this is after I’ve gotten your approval, if I’m still working on the sketch items can still be added/changed.)3. Please provide me with your Socials and/or other username/site so I can credit you properly.

Initial orders can be filled in via the corresponding Google Form, fill in whichever you'd like to commission me for. All prices shown are starting/base prices, additional charges will be discussed i.e. complex armor, design details or rendering.Pictures will have a simple background, gradient or shadow in the finished product. The Character sheets will have simple shading and if requested a single weapon of choice, additional weaponry will have to be discussed for additional fees.Requests can be done via the google form linked above, this is the same form as the regular commission page, character sheets can be found at the bottom.
